It also features an outdoor porch. The Classic Escape’s basic package includes vinyl, low E, and thermopane windows. It also features wooden wall pegs and pine wood walls, ceiling, custom trim, solid wooden doors, and pine wood walls. The tiny house design features oak laminate flooring, energy-saving recessed LED lighting, and a 30-gallon water heating tank.

The kitchen features beautiful maple cabinets, full-sized Energy Star appliances, laminate countertops and a Hansgrohe faucet. The bathroom has a vanity, single-bowl chrome faucet, single-handle chrome tap, and a one piece fiberglass tub/shower. There is also a Toto toilet. This tiny house design features a queen-sized bed frame with nightstands and storage, as well as a small bedroom. The living room features recessed lighting, an electric fireplace, lots of windows for ventilation, and a PTAC heat/cool unit with thermostat. The Classic tiny house design costs $114,800.

Classic Escape park model tiny houses are built with custom home quality materials. They include vaulted ceilings throughout and a ceiling fan in each room. Closed cell foam insulation keeps the temperature controlled no matter the weather. The tiny house design includes a 30 amp plug and Wirsbo Aquapex Manifold System, smoke/CO detector, and fire extinguisher plumbing for safety purposes. You can also add drywall to the Classic Escape model home, or a covered porch of 12 feet. Customers can also add a washer/dryer combo unit, high efficiency A/C heat split system and window coverings package to the Classic Escape park model home. If you would like a gas fireplace in your living room, you could also add it. You can also choose an electronics package, which includes two flat screen TVs, Blu-ray players and mounts and wiring. There are even USB outlets. A solar power package with 1KW of panels can also be created. All of these options can be purchased separately and are only a few of the many things you can do to your Classic park home.

This home could be ideal for a vacation home or guest house. If they live a simpler lifestyle, some people might be happy to live in this home full time. If the Classic isn’t for you, they also offer a variety of tiny house designs, including tiny houses on wheels that are great for traveling. Escape has been building tiny cottages and homes for 25 years. Their tiny home plans have been awarded. These homes are built with high-quality materials and are durable. A kit like this will make it easier to build the tiny home of your dreams, and may even be more affordable than building one from scratch.
