Features of the wood cabin include internet, no close neighbors, well placed for hikers and skiers, and also close enough to explore Bellingham. This is a 760 square foot cabin with a king-sized bed, double head shower, and cozy fireplace. It is a great couples getaway. The cabin has bunk beds and a sofa bed that make it good for up to 6 people.

The owners have snowshoes you can borrow upon request and good maps of the area. Bellingham is known for its mountain biking, biking trails, and beer culture, and is just 15 minutes west of Western Washington University is an easy trip to see your favorite student.

The wood cabin is only two miles from the Deming Logging Show Grounds so it’s a great alternative to camping. This is also a great area for river rafting and fishing, water skiing, and snow skiing. During your vacation stay, you’ll have full access to this private cabin. The living space is on two floors but is relatively child friendly. The cabin also provides a travel cot and children’s toys, books, and DVDs upon request. To give you an overview, the cabin sits on about an acre made up of a mixture of grassland and woods, there is an industrial yard with some equipment about 300 feet away across a little grass field to the South. There are woods to the north and west and open views across a grass field to the mountains in the East.
