Escape to the woodlands with the rustic park model of your dreams: Its bathroom is a treat

  • 3 min read

You are looking for a rustic, simple retreat? The perfect little retreat is Hideaway Cabins’ Bear Cabin in Hendersonville, North Carolina. It has been renovated to maintain its basic layout but with many new options such as increased lighting and a separate laundry area. Dormers can also be added.

The exterior is a perfect example of a classic cabin with its rustic log exterior combined with a green metal roof. People who love to spend time outside will appreciate the addition of a large porch. The porch can even be used as a dining area with an umbrella table. The main living space is accessible via double doors.

This classic layout can be converted to a loft, as you will see in the photo. The rustic, north-woods feel is enhanced by the stone electric fireplace with a mantel. The rustic feel is further enhanced by the walls and ceiling made of knotted wood. To reduce cooking noises, the kitchen can be set back from the living space.

The photo below shows how much light floods into the space, creating a feeling of openness. There is ample space for a table and a sofa. If guests need it, the countertop extends slightly from the kitchen to create a little serving area.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized oven and microwave as well as a refrigerator. The rustic feel is maintained by the simple wooden cabinets.
As shown in the photo, the bedroom can sleep two. The room’s knotted wood interior is also visible. For decorations, a small shelf is placed above the bed.
The bathroom is well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The pristine porcelain contrasts beautifully with the beautiful, knotted wood walls. It’s all finished off with a black counter.
