Measurements of the BeauEr 3X are approximately 8.5x6x8.5ft (approx. The BeauEr 3X is approximately 2.6 x 1.85×2.6 m and looks similar to a standard teardrop caravan, when unexpanded. This allows it to be easily parked in a garage and driven on the road without violating any traffic laws. The 3X, however, is heavier than regular teardrop camper trailers that weigh less than 1000 lb (about 400 kg), and weighs in at almost 2,204 lb (1,040 kg).
The design includes three neatly-packed telescopic modules that can be stretched, by means of an electrically-operated expansion system. Within 20 seconds of activation, the units fold out, enlarging the previously-constricted 43-sq-ft interior space into a sprawling 129-sq-ft area. The plan includes separate space for a 2-person bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining-cum living area. The newly-created space makes room for additional furniture, such as a folding bed and a sofa.
A small but compact bathroom is located adjacent to the central kitchen. It has a shower, cassette toilet, and a sink. The kitchen is equipped with a variety of appliances, including a 130L refrigerator, a double burner stovetop, an oven and a sink. There are also several cabinets and smaller storage units.
