With a love for building, design, and reclaimed materials, it’s no wonder that Perch & Nest models have turned out to be some of our favorite tiny houses over the years. We fell in love with their latest model in April. The Roost 36 is a small farmhouse on wheels, designed for families with two lofts and large screened-in porches.

The porch can be screened in to accommodate a large table and chairs. The screens can retract into the posts, transforming it into an enclosed porch.
