It’s built on a chassis on wheels so it can be transported by a semi truck (but not on your personal vehicle since it’s more than 14 feet wide). This floor plan is ideal for those who don’t want to climb. Prices start at $57,000, and can rise to $130,000 with upgrades. You can also rent this cabin on Canoe Lake.
Although the exterior of the home appears simple and basic, the interior is spacious and open. The living and kitchen areas can be combined, but they are large enough to accommodate a full-sized couch or a fold-out table. We love the high ceilings, the TV and built-in fireplace.
The kitchen is spacious and has plenty of storage space, both above and below. There are also full-sized appliances and a pantry. It’s hard to imagine so much in such small space!
The bedroom is equally impressive, with a large bathroom vanity to one side and the toilet on either side. The built-in bed frame is framed by wall sconces in the room. The chunky wood is what sets this house apart!
The huge screened porch is our favorite part of the house! The heated coils on the bed in this photo allow you to enjoy this space year round.
