Hummingbird Housing has created some incredible tiny house models. The Luxury 40, also known as the “Lux 40”, is a model that provides all the comfort you can ask for in a 40-foot profile. Let’s take another look.
There are many design details that make the Lux 40 stand out from other homes. Lluminary European style arch windows and Lluminary Lluminary windows are stunning to see, regardless of whether you’re inside or outside the home. The metal gussets in the porch overhang are custom-designed.
The overhang provides shelter from weather and shade from sun when you walk in the front door.
This gives you a good idea of how deep the overhang is. It is not possible to have a porch built, but it would be ideal.
This image shows the interior layout in its entirety. The main living area features a comfortable electric leather recliner sofa (very fitting for the “Lux” name).
A stainless steel 33 inch sink is located in the kitchen. Also, a gas range, a wine cooler and a fridge/freezer are all available.
An electric fireplace creates a warm glow. It serves as the heart of the home and is a place where friends and family can gather to enjoy each others company.
One of the most distinctive features of this house is the way it has been stained with wood. That teal color has been extremely popular in home design and décor over recent years, so I’m not surprised to see it here. You may have noticed that other décor elements throughout the home repeat this same teal shade.
The bathroom is actually a beautiful showcase for the teal (more aqua here). It can be seen in the towel, basket on top of cabinet, mosaic, and even the chandelier above the magnificent tub. You may have noticed it in the kitchen’s towels and carpet.
The electric hearth is currently on a blue setting. Mirrors provide the illusion of more space.
I bet you wanted to see the unique mosaic in the bathroom. These creative decorative touches really add character and style to a house.
Here’s another view of the bathroom while we’re on it. I really am blown away here—this is one luxurious room! Note more blue elements—the carpet and even the soap bottles are color-coordinated. This kind of attention to detail is my favorite!
It appears that this tiny home includes a full-size bedroom instead of just a loft—yet more luxury.
So much storage—and once again, completely customized to the color scheme of the house.
