Are you looking for a tiny, but not too large, house? The Zion by Mustard Seed Tiny Homes might be a good choice.
The house measures 12′ wide by 44′ long. This gives you approximately 528 square feet of living area.
Two distinctive features stand out on the exterior of the house. One is the distinctive roof shape, and the second is the large porch with its gorgeous pillars.
An overhead fan is a great addition to the porch. This would be perfect for hot climates.
The siding is described as “LP lap siding accent upper and smooth HD board & batten lower.” You can choose any color Sherwin-Williams paint you wish.
Fiberglass insulation is used in the ceiling, walls, and sub-floor to keep the house warm in winter.
The house is covered with a standing seam roof made of metal.
The best word to describe the porch is “stately,” I think.
Let’s now go inside the house and see the interior.
There is a kitchen to the left and a set stairs to the right that lead up to the loft. White was the chosen color for this interior. However, it could be customized to customers’ specifications. The luxury vinyl plank floor is what offsets the white.
This angle allows you to appreciate the beauty of the floor more clearly. You can also get a great view of the bar/table to the left.
Under the stairs is a small cupboard door. It makes me wonder if it isn’t a larger door at first glance, but I know there is a good reason.
The counter is a good indicator of how much space there is to dine.
The unusual roof design can be better understood from the inside of the house. It is visually appealing both inside and outside, but it allows for a few different elements to coexist. The pitched ceiling creates a spacious and luxurious feeling by drawing the eye up. This also allows for the addition of windows that allow light from above. This makes the walls appear taller.
The large farmhouse sink can be seen from the kitchen’s overhead angle.
It’s a beautiful spot to eat every day.
Propane is used to power the oven and cooktop shown here. Propane is also used to heat the hot water. A microwave and a 10-foot refrigerator are also included in the kitchen. A washer/dryer can also be found in the kitchen.
What a beautiful tap!
The cabinets can be made to your specifications.
You wanted to have a closer look at this faucet, right? Here it is!
The blue used to make this door breaks down the white used for the walls. It is the same color that was used for the bathroom vanity and kitchen cabinets. Speaking of the bathroom vanity …
This charming little farmhouse-style sink is a great feature. The honeycomb pattern on wall to left is also noticeable.
Unless I am wrong, the door moved out of the wall rather than swinging. That’s a great way to save space.
It has a full-length mirror that is installed on it. This does two things. It enhances the sense space. It is also a great addition to your day’s preparations.
The shower has a stunning effect thanks to the honeycomb tiles.
Take a closer look at the sink.
It’s a surprise to me how few small houses have desks. This is a great feature to look for.
You could place your laptop here and have plenty to do on either side.
These are the stairs that lead to the loft. For safety, a handrail was installed on the right. It is a great match for the contemporary railing.
It appears that the bedroom currently has two twin beds. However, there should be enough room for a queen-sized bed if I’m correct.
This is the view from the top of the flight.
It appears there is a downstairs bedroom. That is something that I didn’t expect. There is enough space to place small bedside tables and extra storage under the bed.
Wood cladding on the wall adds an unexpected touch to this room, giving it a unique look. There is no need to worry about storage space. It appears to be plentiful!
