The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac, which means that there is no traffic and more privacy. This incredible property is available for your family. The second home can be used for a mother-in-law or two rental properties. The private back deck offers a view of the 10 acres.

Enjoy your morning cup of coffee while you watch the wildlife. The 22K Generac generator, which is propane, is wired to the main house so that you have power at all times. All appliances in both houses are included. An additional 15-acre parcel can be purchased for an additional fee. This property is perfect to house your horses and barn. Most people think of Pagosa Springs’ famous hot springs when they think of things to do in Colorado. You’d be a happy person if you spent a weekend just sitting in a hotspring. There are many other things to do in Pagosa Springs. Pagosa Springs is home to a wonderful downtown area. There are also year-round outdoor activities at the San Juan Mountains. I will show you many things to do in Pagosa Springs that will make your trip memorable.

You can stop by Treasure Falls on your way back to Denver if you don’t manage to see it while you’re in Pagosa Springs. Silver Falls and Piedra Falls can also be reached by a short hike.

Pagosa Outside. Whitewater rafting on San Juan River. Whitewater rafting will be an unforgettable outdoor adventure that everyone will never forget. Pagosa Outside offers many trips, including a shorter option for those who don’t know what they’re doing. You won’t have to travel far to get there. It takes only a few minutes from the shop and the water.
