John Murchie, MurchTech Consulting Corp., is creating innovative tiny houses in British Columbia. The Eagle Microhome is a 350 square foot home with a 50 square feet deck on the second floor.
The homes are priced at around $48,000 and are made of steel rather than wood. They are lighter and more affordable to build.
This home is well-designed and offers a great floorplan.
The warm, dark woods add a nice contrast to white and warm up the space.
The living area is located just off of the kitchen. All models include a built in bench with storage below.
The main entrance has a built in storage area for coats. Additional storage is located under the staircase.
The bathroom includes a large, rectangular shower stall and a slim cabinet with a full-sized sink.
Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with built-in storage and plenty of space for a bed.
The bedroom has a sitting area that leads out to the upstairs deck. It all adds up to a magnificent master suite.
These houses are built in MurchTech’s headquarters and then shipped on trucks. This ensures that there is minimal construction.
The Eagle Microhome is now available at a significantly lower price of $19 500. Act fast!
